How do I get started with an order?

Please submit an inquiry with the package you’re interested in by clicking the inquiry button at the bottom of the page.

How do I send my reference photo to you?

Provide your email in the inquiry form and I will reach out to you. Reply directly to the email with your reference photo attached.

I don’t know what photo to choose!

You can send as many photos as you’d like and I can offer my recommendations based on the photos provided.

Can I customize my commissioned piece?

Yes! I love taking on new projects and would love to hear your ideas. Submit an inquiry and include additional notes in the message portion.

How long does it take for my order to finish?

All pieces with the exception of the mini pet portraits take up to 1 month to create and ship to you once all details are finalized. Please plan accordingly if purchasing as a gift.

What is the payment process?

All packages require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready to ship.
